Check the expiry date on your card. Set a reminder to pick a new one from your nearest SBM Branch a month prior.
Always remember your PIN and remember to keep it to yourself! Make sure no one can tell what you input into your ATM Screen or other device.
Capture your credit / Debit card expiry date correctly when making an online payment to ensure the transaction goes through.
You will receive a One-Time-Password when making an online payment. Keep it secure and capture it correctly to input into your shopping site.
On replacement of your credit or debit card, ensure you update your online subscription sites with the right information to avoid declined or cancelled transactions.
Always keep your card in a secure place - whether you carry it on you or leave it at home or in the office.
