Update on mfukoni mobile and online banking

Dear Esteemed Customer,

We wish to inform you that Mfukoni Mobile and Online Banking services have been successfully restored. 

You can now perform account balance checks, statement requests, bulk payments and funds transfers: Real Time Gross Settlements (RTGS), Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) and Telegraphic Transfers (TT); when you log in to your Mobile or Online Banking platform. 

Kindly note that Account to MPESA, internal account transfers, bill payments, airtime purchase, and card loads remain unavailable.

Remember, your PIN is your secret and it should not be shared with anyone including bank officials.
